Difference between Pitch20mm outdoor LED screen and Pitch16mm outoor LED screen

What is the difference between Pitch 20mm outdoor LED screen and Pitch 16mm outdoor LED screen?

Outdoor LED display/outdoor LED screen: P20mm and P16mm difference:

1) The biggest difference on LED Pixels:

P20mm outdoor LED screen, 2500pixels/sq.m,

P16mm outdoor LED screen,3906pixels/sq.m.

In the same area of real pixel LED screen, P16mm will need more LED lamps than P20mm.Eventually power consumption of P16mm is higher than P20mm.(P16mm 350W/sq.m,while P20mm 210W/sq.m).If the cost of electric power is very expensive in your city,your customer may be focus on P20mm outdoor LED screen.Of course,if your customer have more money to investment, P16mm outdoor LED screen is better than P20mm in the same area.

Different pixels are with different price.Obviously,in the same area outdoor LED screen,more LED pixels,higher price of outdoor LED screen.

In the same area,more LED pixels,the resolution higher.Eventually,the image of showing in the LED screen is better than the low resolution image.

2) LED module size:P16mm:256mm*128mm(resolution:16*8), P20mm:320mm*160mm (resolution:16*8), The basic unit module size depended on the LED cabinet size.

Usually,the general LED cabinet size:

P16mm: 1024mm*768mm,

P20mm: 1280mm*960mm.

We can make different size of LED screen,but it must be based on the basic unit LED mudule size.

3) Minimum View distance:

In the same area LED screen, P20mm outdoor LED screen minimum view distance:20 meters. P16mm outdoor LED screen minimum view distance: 16 meters.

How far outdoor LED screen can be seen? It is depend on the size of outdoor LED screen.Bigger size LED screen can be seen farther.
