1) Installation.
First, we would response to assisting the installation through telephone or other method through the net if you have something not very clear about the ProcessSecond, if you want someone to guide the installation on the spot, we can send our engineers to your side; all of our engineers have passport, they have rich experience in installing screens. Only what you need to do is solve the problem of the visa, the return ticket, the meal and the hotel for them.
2) Warranty.
We offer two year warranty for you. Within the guarantee, we would maintain or replace our goods for free. After the guarantee, we only charge the material cost from our customer.
3) Problems during use.
We had prepare some spare parts for you, once the screen get problems, please follow up below steps to solve it:
Step1: Take some pictures about the working status of the screen;
Step2: Replace the broken module by the new module;
Step3: Contact with us, and send the pictures to us, we will help you to analyze the problems.
Step4: If it is necessary, please post module to our company, we will maintain it for you as soon as possible, and then deliver it to you.
