Giant LED display/ LED screen business to you is difficult or easy?
When you install a gaint LED screen in your city,is it easy for you to run the business?
Do you see the money crowded into your room? Do you count money to your fingers tired?

Here I would like to share my experience with you.
I still remember there is a customer coming from Russia, he is a very good person,very humorous.Before he visited our factory,he has been doing the research of LED display for one year.Because he has about 960 sq.m LED display to order. (he is going to buy P16mm oudoor LED dispplay,P20mm outdoor LED display, P25mm outdoor LED display, P20mm curve LED display)
In November,2008, he visited our factory. I was very happy to meet him.
During his staying in Shenzhen city (about 10 days),we meet and discuss business for 7 times.Eventually, both of signed an agreement of general agent.It is $2,000,000/year.
If you sign an agreement with your customer with $2,000,000/year, are you happy? You coleagure will see you high,right? From that day,i am outstanding in SINOLIGHT.
But now I was not happy.
Because there is no order from the russia buyer yet.
My boss,my friends,always ask me,"Where is your russia order?"
Oh,I really donot know how to answer them. I am not the God,what I do,and what I am going to do is going on work,harder and harder.
I am thinking that maybe the world economic crisis have great impact on the purchase of the russia buyer. Maybe many things happen,but he cannot let me know.......
In Jan,there is a potential customer who from Germany,he had a project about 240metere perimeter P25mm LED screen(Nichia LED). He told me that he will make order at the end of Jan,2009.But untill now there is still no order.
In Feb, there is a customer who from Malaysia,about 108sq.m,he wants Nichia LED screen,with Sinolight video processor, drive IC MBI5030,very high technology drive IC, P16mm outdoor LED screen.
When his group visit our factory for three times,about LED display production manchine, LED display quality control, things about quality and technique is ok.When we discuss about the payment term,it is a pity that we havenot reach the agreement.
The order to me, is not a small order,but I lost,because our company cannot accept the payment term.
I lost this time,but it does not mean that I will lost next time.
In April, there is customer who from Singapore.In all buyers I met,his project is the biggest and more challenge to me.In all project information,it is about 195 pages.
All he wants include P6mm SMD 3in1 indoor LED screen, P10mm SMD 3in1 indoor LED screen,P12mm outdoor LED display, P16mm outdoor LED display, P20mm outdoor LED display, P25mm outdoor LED display, P50mm SMD curtain LED screen, .............
All LED screen need Nichia LEDs.As we know,the Nichia LED is very high price,so the total amount more than $3600000.
Our competitors are Barco, Lighthouse, Panasonic, LG, Samsung, Daktronic -USA) and some Taiwan made products. About 9 invited tender.
Untill now still no result.
I am still waiting.
There are many many potential customers which I stilll keep in touch with them.Most of them,each order less than 40sq.m. Order bigger or not,is depended on the time.
